- We conduct regular quality checks of randomly picked toner cartridges in order to maintain our high standards.
- Most of our products come with an employee tracking number that traces the technician who is behind making our toners. The tracking number helps us ensure high quality of cartridges and provide additional employees’ trainings if necessary.
We do our best to provide you with best toner cartridges. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you are fully covered through our 1 Year Satisfaction Guarantee Program.
What is Guaranteed?
If a toner cartridge purchased through PitStopToner.com is defective or was damaged during shipping and if it is at least 80% full, customer is eligible for a free replacement or or return.
Duration of Guarantee
Guarantee is valid for 365 days guarantee starting from the day of purchase.
Form of Guarantee
Customers can choose free replacement or full refund.
- Our guarantee does not apply to cartridges that are less than 80% full.
- Our guarantee does not apply to cartridges purchased more than 365 days before the claim is filed.
