Refund & Return Policy

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We offer a one-year free return or replacement for defective products that are at least 80% full. We believe in the quality of our toners and we believe that customers do not have to pay for returning back the product if they are not 100% satisfied. Pit Stop Toner will be responsible for providing a pre-paid shipping label to return the cartridges to us*.

Once the returned item(s) are received in our warehouse, our team will examine them and process the refund. It usually takes most banks 2 to 3 business days to receive the refund.

In order to fill a return request, please go to Request a return label under “My account” section.  You will receive the label via E-mail. Please allow 24 hours from the time you request the label to receive it.
